First you must either call or email us with the nature of the problem. Once we discuss the situation, we will grant permission for a return. After we receive the product and review it, we will credit or replace immediately.

We stress the word emergency. Nevertheless, the key factor in being a good vendor is supporting your customer when there is a problem. Consequently, we are always eager to prove our commitment to you.
