We believe that it is our customers that should decide whether they are being treated well. Some compliments you shouldn’t give yourself, but yet hope they are given. We would like to tell you our goals as far as customer service, and then let you be the judge.
1. Our primary goal is to offer a quality product. Being the manufacturer, we are aware of the quality control measures used in order to ensure a quality product. We hope you agree.
2. We want to make sure we are available. Our operating hours are from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time. However, we answer email inquiries which do not require normal business hour resources, 24/7.
3. We do our best to ship all orders received before 1 P.M. the same day. Provided we have stock, the worse that should happen, is next day service.
4. Last but not least. If you have a problem with our product, we fix it. The true test of a good company, is not how they treat you while times are good, rather, how do they treat you when there is a problem? We look forward to problems, which we believe are rare, in order to show you that we are here to support you and appreciate your patronage.
