Questions from readers. My business is in Europe,  can we still buy from you?

Yes you can, however it is going to be more complicated.  Due to past bad experiences with fraud, we only accept wire transfers transactions for business. We can’t accept credit cards or PayPal.

You must also have your own freight forwarder or pick up. We will ship to a freight forwarder as long as it is in the continental United States. After we ship to the forwarder, we cease any responsibility for the shipment.

We are very grateful that our employees, warehouse, an inventory made it through the storm safely. There was minor flooding along with power issues; however, we, are back on track in full production and shipping mode. We appreciate your genuine concern.

Nevertheless keep in mind the circumstances and this may change. It not only depends on us but our shipping carriers. We will inform you if we have to suspend shipping next week. Thank you for your concern. We are preparing for the worse and hoping for the best. We have secured our sales office and warehouse to the best of our ability. Nevertheless we will still be dependent on state services as in electricity, water, and sewage.

Questions from readers. Does JT Enterprises do any OEM manufacturing? We have our own injection molding plant. We are capable of doing OEM manufacturing projects. However, usually these require significant quantities in order for it to be mutually beneficial. It depends on the complexity of the product, availability of the materials, and the time constraints for it to be completed. If all of these scenarios are in sync, we can be the perfect manufacturer for you. Thank you for your interest.

Questions from readers. How fast can I receive my order from JT Enterprises? We try to make things as convenient as possible. All you have to do is contact us via phone on email. We will send you a price list. Then you are free to place an order. We accept payments via Pay Pal, COD, and with credit approval offer terms. Orders received before 2 pm are usually shipped same day. Since we are the manufacturer, we can accommodate large and small orders due to high levels of inventory. Thank you again for your interest.

Questions from readers. What is the return policy for JT Enterprises? Hopefully you never have to return anything. We are proud to admit that this is a rare occurrence for our company. Nevertheless, it is impossible to be perfect.

First you must either call or email us with the nature of the problem. Once we discuss the situation, we will grant permission for a return. After we receive the product and review it, we will credit or replace immediately.

We do want to stress. You must either call or contact us by email in order to get approval first before sending anything back. In rare circumstances if it is an emergency, we will issue a call tag. We stress the word emergency. Nevertheless, the key factor in being a good vendor is supporting your customer when there is a problem. Consequently, we are always eager to prove our commitment to you.

Questions from readers. If I am an end user, how can I purchase your products? Thank you very much for your question. We have a network of distributors throughout the continental United States including Canada and Mexico.

Just submit your address to us via email and we will forward that information to the nearest distributor. Usually you will get a response within 48 hours. If we don’t have a distributor near enough for you to get to by driving, we do have other distributors who offer e-commerce sites where you can purchase our products safely online.
